Pine Labs Makes ePOS Mobile Payment App Available for Essential Services Merchants

During the country-wide lock-down, merchants can download the app on their Android mobile phones and process payments.

Pine Labs has made ePOS, an Android mobile payment application (app) for merchants, available for all essential services providers in India. During the country-wide lock-down, merchants can download the app on their Android mobile phones and process payments via credit cards, debit cards, UPI and mobile wallets through a single app interface.

“We have been testing a mobile payment app – ePOS – for the last few months, and we are happy to open it up to all merchants engaged in delivery of essential services during this difficult period. Within minutes, their mobile phone can be converted into a payment acceptance device,” said Kush Mehra, Chief Business Officer, Pine Labs.

Merchants can download and register themselves in five easy steps.  For card payments, merchant can simply generate a link and it is sent to the customer via SMS through the app. The customer can then click on the link and securely complete the transaction at ease from the comfort of home.
