Thoughtworks Wins Multiple Awards in Recognition of its Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Initiatives

Thoughtworks, a leading global technology consultancy, was honoured with multiple awards across categories in the diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) space. The acknowledgements celebrate the company’s leadership in building an equitable and inclusive workplace that is reflective of the society we live in.

In response to the commendations, Tina Vinod, global head of diversity, equity and inclusion at Thoughtworks said, “Diversity and inclusion have the power to create transformative social change. At Thoughtworks, we strive to push boundaries and create a community that enables individuals to belong, grow, be respected and valued. One of Thoughtworks’ diversity and inclusion aims is to have 40% women in tech roles by 2022. We are keenly aware of how much more needs to be done.
