New platform combines AI-assisted risk assessments, real-time reporting, and governance controls to help organisations strengthen compliance and operational resilience.
OneAdvanced has introduced a new AI-powered Risk Management Platform for organisations across Australia and New Zealand, aiming to help businesses modernise how they identify, assess, and manage risk in an increasingly complex regulatory environment.
The launch comes as organisations face growing compliance obligations, heightened audit scrutiny, and rising operational risks across sectors including government, healthcare, education, logistics, and financial services. Traditional spreadsheet-based risk management approaches are struggling to keep pace with these demands, prompting greater interest in technology-driven solutions that deliver better visibility and control.
At the core of the new platform is Risk Assist, an embedded AI agent designed to guide users through risk assessments, standardise risk descriptions, and recommend mitigation strategies. The tool helps organisations align risk management processes with established frameworks such as ISO 31000, while reducing manual effort and improving consistency across departments.
“As organisations face mounting pressure to demonstrate compliance and operational resilience, managing risk can no longer be a manual, reactive exercise. By embedding AI directly into risk workflows, we are helping organisations strengthen governance, improve visibility, and build a more proactive approach to risk management,” said Adam Bowles, Country Director, Australia and New Zealand, OneAdvanced.
The platform centralises strategic, operational, project, and program risks into a single system, creating a unified view of organisational risk exposure. Interactive dashboards, real-time reporting, and dynamic heatmaps provide executives and boards with immediate insights into emerging threats and risk trends.
A key differentiator is the platform’s focus on governance and accountability. AI-generated recommendations are supported by automated action tracking, review schedules, ownership assignments, and proactive notifications to ensure risks are managed consistently. Security features including role-based access controls, multi-factor authentication, and audit logs support compliance and regulatory requirements.
OneAdvanced also emphasised data privacy within its AI framework. According to the company, Risk Assist operates on a secure, self-hosted AI platform and does not use customer information to train underlying language models. The launch follows OneAdvanced’s achievement of ISO 42001 certification, an international standard focused on responsible AI governance and management.
The platform reflects a broader market trend toward integrating artificial intelligence into governance, risk, and compliance functions. Rather than treating risk management as a periodic administrative process, organisations are increasingly seeking continuous, data-driven approaches that improve decision-making and support resilience.
Now generally available across Australia and New Zealand, the OneAdvanced Risk Management Platform is designed to help organisations move from reactive risk management to a more proactive, intelligence-driven model that supports both compliance objectives and business performance.
