Menlo Security and Smartworld Announce Partnership in the Middle East

Smartworld has joined the EMEA Partner Programme of Menlo Security. The partnership provides the UAE organizations with the most effective way to eliminate all Internet threats while protecting business and user productivity unlike the traditional “detect and response” approaches that don’t protect against the modern-day threats such as ransomware, phishing and credential theft.

John Brown, Director of EMEA Channels at Menlo Security Inc., said: “The need to provide a truly safe Internet experience for users in the Middle East region is more critical than ever before. Our partnership with Smartworld is a fantastic early indicator of our intentions for the region. Traditional security appliances can’t cope with the complexity of modern-day threats and customers have reluctantly accepted that there will be breaches. Our solution, built on a unique isolation core, delivers on the promise of cloud security by providing the most effective zero-trust approach to preventing malicious attacks, and offers a seamless experience for end-users that allows for safe, uninterrupted work while accessing the Internet, SaaS or private applications.”

Menlo Security’s Insolation-powered Cloud Security platform separates the enterprise network from the public web while providing users with secure, low-latency connections to the Internet and SaaS applications. This enables the safe viewing of content and documents by executing all active content in the Cloud, away from the endpoint, while providing native and seamless user experience across all endpoints, including mobile devices. Menlo Security offers a 100% malware protection warranty of up to US$1 million – the first of its kind from a Cloud security company for any customer that experiences an infection from any malware that passes through the Menlo platform.

Fahad Khursheed, Director of Managed Services at Smartworld said: ‘As a semi-government company, Smartworld is trusted by multiple government and private organizations for protecting their networks, devices, programs and data from digital threats. Our partnership with Menlo will improve our company’s positioning through enhanced cybersecurity offerings. Given the recent adoption of cloud and remote work policy, cloud-based network security will be the new normal for organizations to protect business space. We are excited to be on board and believe the Menlo Security broad product portfolio, powered through Cloud, is the best way to secure enterprises from Internet threat and to achieve secure cloud transformation.”
