Challenges faced by MedPlus

MedPlus required reliable and scalable connectivity services for voice and data. It required dedicated carrier-grade internet connectivity for quality service delivery to customers.

Solution by TDBS

TDBS provided MedPlus with Internet Leased Line (ILL) with latency commitment, 99.5% of Service Level Agreement (SLA) and packet loss of less than 1%. ILL was selected as the ideal data connectivity solution for dedicated and symmetric bandwidth which delivered the same upload & download speeds, and high-speed communication via the internet.

Also, to enable MedPlus to offer best in class customer services, TDBS provided Primary Rate Interface (PRI) voice connectivity with each connection delivering 30 channels providing voice services as may be required. Each channel would be configurable as incoming, outgoing or two-way. The solution could be terminated on a PRI card on any MedPlus Private Branch Exchange (PBX) device, with the option of selecting extension wise monitoring and billing. The PRI Solution provided closed user group facility, same product & cross product pooling (National pooling), suitable for registered tele-marketing or high volume inbound and budget call feature (ILD).

Outcome

MedPlus now manages its operations more efficiently. It has set up a synergy in the functioning of stores across locations. The company has witnessed significant improvement in the quality of services being delivered to customers.
