Integration of Agentic AI SIEM with Curated Threat Intelligence Sets New Standard for Modern SOCs

In a strategic move to redefine the future of cybersecurity operations, Securonix, a five-time Leader in the Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for SIEM, has acquired ThreatQuotient, a top-tier threat intelligence platform provider. This acquisition brings together two cybersecurity innovators to deliver the industry’s most comprehensive, AI-driven platform for Threat Detection, Investigation, and Response (TDIR).

The integration of Securonix’s Agentic AI-powered SIEM with ThreatQuotient’s ThreatQ platform will unify internal and external threat intelligence, enabling real-time analytics, faster triage, and automated response. The result: a modular, scalable, and fully integrated platform that reduces Mean Time to Respond (MTTR) by up to 70% and false positives by up to 90%.

“Security teams are drowning in noise and struggling to keep up with evolving threats,” said Kash Shaikh, CEO and President of Securonix. “This acquisition brings clarity, speed, and automation to modern SOCs—reducing false positives by up to 90% and cutting response time by 70%.”

The combined platform will empower security teams to:

  • Gain unified visibility across internal and external threat landscapes
  • Auto-enrich indicators of compromise (IoCs) and block repeat attacks
  • Automate investigations and reduce manual triage
  • Deploy flexibly—on-prem or SaaS—based on organizational needs

ThreatQuotient customers will benefit from Securonix’s global scale, R&D investment, and access to its Threat Labs Intelligence. Meanwhile, Securonix customers gain access to curated, contextualized threat intelligence that enhances detection accuracy and operational efficiency.

“Joining Securonix marks a powerful new chapter for ThreatQuotient,” said John Czupak, CEO of ThreatQuotient. “Together, we can accelerate innovation, expand our reach, and deliver greater value to our customers.”

This acquisition signals a shift toward proactive, behavior-driven cybersecurity—where AI and curated intelligence work in tandem to outpace adversaries. It’s a bold step toward building the modern SOC platform: intelligent, integrated, and built for what’s next.
