Five-year program to fast-track cloud modernization, automation, and global scalability
Sonata Software has secured a $73 million deal with a top U.S.-based Technology, Media, and Telecom (TMT) company. The five-year engagement is focused on delivering an AI-first transformation strategy to enhance innovation, operational agility, and global scalability.
The deal, Sonata’s second-largest to date, underscores its growing role as a preferred digital engineering partner for enterprises undergoing complex modernization. The client chose Sonata for its proven expertise in AI-powered engineering, nimble delivery, and scalable modernization frameworks.
As part of the engagement, Sonata will launch a dedicated AI-enabled Modernization Engineering Center in India. Key focus areas include platform engineering, Amazon Cloud transformation, enterprise applications (Salesforce, Workday), cybersecurity, data services, and application modernization—driven by automation and AI.
