Capgemini Posts Resilient Q1 2025 Performance with €5.55 Billion in Revenues

North America and UK drive growth; Generative AI bookings account for over 6%

Capgemini reported Q1 2025 revenues of €5,553 million, marking a 0.5% increase at current exchange rates and a modest decline of 0.4% at constant exchange rates. The company posted strong bookings worth €5,884 million, resulting in a book-to-bill ratio of 1.06.

Aiman Ezzat, CEO of Capgemini Group, remarked, “We delivered a Q1 slightly better than expectations in a macro and geopolitical environment that remains challenging. Clients continue to focus on transformation programs to improve agility and efficiency. Our growing traction in generative and agentic AI, which comprised over 6% of our bookings this quarter, is encouraging.”

Regional growth was led by North America (+0.8%) and the UK & Ireland (+3.9%), offsetting declines in France (-4.9%) and the rest of Europe (-2.3%). Asia-Pacific and Latin America continued to show strong momentum with a 7.6% growth.

Capgemini reaffirmed its 2025 outlook, targeting up to 2% revenue growth, operating margins between 13.3%–13.5%, and organic free cash flow of around €1.9 billion.
