Company earns CX Star Performer recognition and secures Leader position in ISG’s 2026 Digital Engineering Services report for midsize providers

Nagarro has been recognized as a CX Star Performer in the 2026 ISG Star of Excellence™ Digital Engineering Services study and named a Leader in the ISG Provider Lens 2026 Digital Engineering Services Midsize Providers report, reinforcing its position as a leading AI transformation and digital engineering company.

The recognition from Information Services Group (ISG), a global AI-focused technology research and advisory firm, is based on independent customer feedback and market evaluation. Nagarro achieved an overall customer experience score of 93.05, significantly higher than the industry average of 86.59.

In the ISG Provider Lens 2026 Digital Engineering Services Midsize Providers report for Europe, Nagarro was named a Leader in both Augmented Design and R&D Services and Integrated Platform and Application Services. The recognition was attributed to the company’s Fluidic Intelligence framework, advisory-led product strategy, AI-driven experience design, and Fluidic Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), which integrates agentic workflows into development processes.
