Matrix UC Offering

Matrix has launched a range of Unified Communication servers. The solution unifies real-time and non-real-time communication for large and mid-level enterprises, mid-market companies, small and medium businesses and government organizations.

Matrix Unified Communications family, named as “SARVAM”, consists of hardware platforms and software server. With IP at the core, the Unified Communication server offers connectivity for up to 3,000 users. It has three different variants ETERNITY LENX, ETERNITY MENX and ETERNITY GENX targeting large, medium and growing enterprise respectively. The platforms support new-age network VOIP, wireless network GSM/3G and traditional networks such as ISDN and PSTN.

Matrix SARVAM UCS proves to be a value-added investment for enterprises by simplifying their complex communication needs. Engineered on the four pillars of Communication, Collaboration, Messaging and Mobility, the Unified Communication solution offers flexibility to switch between laptops, smartphones, and desk phones, enabling uninterrupted communication across different devices. The employees can gauge Presence Status, send Instant Messages, set Video Calls and arrange Audio Conference from the handheld devices, eliminating communication bottlenecks for mobile employees.

Communication convenience is uplifted with features like Click-to-Call, Hot Keys, Calendar Integration and VARTA Outlook Integration, enabling employees to access different communication tools from a single screen. However, the entire solution deployment is simple and equipped with web based management, enabling IT administrator to manage it, irrespective of the location.
