L&T Technology Services (LTTS), a global engineering and R&D services leader, has launched LTTS FARM, a new startup engagement platform aimed at helping deep-tech innovators transform validated technologies into commercially successful solutions through Engineering Intelligence-led collaboration, mentorship and market access.
Designed around the philosophy of “Collaboration First, Commercialization Next,” LTTS FARM targets startups with Technology Readiness Level (TRL) 4+ innovations that have demonstrated technical feasibility and are ready for industry adoption. The initiative seeks to bridge a critical gap faced by many deep-tech ventures: access to enterprise customers, engineering expertise and commercialization pathways.
The platform will focus on startups aligned with LTTS’ strategic technology priorities, including Software Defined Mobility (SDM), Plant Buildout & Modernization, Energy & Industrial Automation, Digital Manufacturing, Next-Generation Compute & Data Centers, Software Platforms & Engineering Intelligence, and MedTech.
“Through LTTS FARM, we are creating a platform where startups can collaborate with our experts, gain exposure to global markets, validate real-world applications and accelerate their journey from solution readiness to market adoption.”
Amit Chadha, CEO & Managing Director, L&T Technology Services
Under the program, startups will gain access to LTTS’ global engineering talent, industry expertise, customer ecosystem and commercialization network. The engagement model includes technology evaluation, onboarding, co-innovation, pilot development, proof-of-concept validation and opportunities for large-scale industry deployment.
According to LTTS, eligible startups will be supported through customer demonstrations, pilot projects and commercial engagements designed to accelerate market adoption and long-term business growth. The initiative also strengthens the company’s broader vision of building a collaborative innovation ecosystem that connects emerging technology companies with enterprise customers and industry stakeholders.
With over 23,800 employees, operations across 21 global design centers and a customer base that includes dozens of Fortune 500 companies, LTTS is well positioned to provide startups with access to global markets and real-world industry use cases.
The launch of LTTS FARM underscores the growing importance of deep-tech innovation in sectors ranging from mobility and manufacturing to healthcare and digital infrastructure, while reinforcing LTTS’ commitment to turning breakthrough engineering ideas into scalable, industry-ready solutions.
