L&T-Cloudfiniti Partners with QpiAI to Revolutionize Quantum Computing

Strategic collaboration aims to drive scalable quantum computing solutions globally.

In a move set to transform the quantum computing landscape, L&T-Cloudfiniti has announced a strategic partnership with Bengaluru-based deep-tech startup QpiAI. This collaboration focuses on driving quantum computing workloads, including Quantum Computing as a Service (QCAAS), enabling scalable deployment of quantum solutions across various domains.

Under India’s National Quantum Mission, L&T-Cloudfiniti and QpiAI will explore collaborative opportunities to advance quantum computing technology. QpiAI, known for building Indus, India’s most powerful 25-qubit quantum computer, plans to offer a 256-qubit quantum computer and a fault-tolerant quantum computer with 100 logical qubits, paving the way for large-scale commercial applications.

Combining L&T’s industry leadership with QpiAI’s technical prowess, the partnership will initiate joint R&D programs focused on next-generation solutions at the intersection of artificial intelligence and quantum computing. These efforts aim to develop innovative solutions addressing complex challenges in finance, healthcare, logistics, and more.
