Lightstorm and Nokia Unveil AI-Powered Cognitive NOC Digital Twin for Enhanced Network Management

Revolutionizing Telco Operations with Advanced AI and Automation Solutions

Lightstorm has announced the development of a Cognitive Network Operations Center (NOC) Digital Twin, in collaboration with Nokia. This innovative platform leverages Nokia’s network automation solutions to revolutionize the management and optimization of telco and service provider networks. The Digital Twin is set to launch in the coming months, offering enhanced network visibility, predictive analytics, and operational efficiency.

The partnership with Nokia has enabled Lightstorm to integrate the Network Services Platform (NSP) and Nokia Digital Operations software, including the Network Assurance Center, Unified Inventory, and provisioning capabilities. This comprehensive real-time monitoring and automation framework utilizes Meta’s Llama 3.X to power AI-driven insights, facilitating automated fault detection, analysis, resolution, and intelligent troubleshooting for seamless and highly responsive network operations.

Nokia’s Network Services Platform (NSP) accelerates service fulfillment and simplifies network management, assurance, and optimization. These capabilities enhance the agility, efficiency, and reliability of IP and optical networks, providing a synchronized and holistic view of Lightstorm’s network operations. The Nokia Network Assurance Center offers real-time service assurance with proactive alerts for rapid issue resolution, while the Unified Inventory consolidates critical network data to enhance decision-making and resource optimization. Together, these components create an intelligent, self-optimizing system that reduces operational complexities, improves fault management, and enhances overall service reliability.
