Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd. has appointed Laxmikanta Das as Head of IT – SAP, strengthening its enterprise technology leadership as the company continues to scale its digital and data-driven operations.
Laxmikanta Das brings over 25 years of experience in IT strategy, digital transformation, and enterprise applications, with deep specialization in SAP ecosystems and large-scale program execution. His expertise spans industries including FMCG, manufacturing, life sciences, telecom, and consumer goods, positioning him well to support Jubilant FoodWorks’ complex and rapidly evolving digital infrastructure.
Prior to this appointment, Das served as Associate Vice President and Head of Enterprise Applications at HFCL Ltd., where he led enterprise-wide initiatives including RISE with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Master Data Governance (MDG), Document Management Systems (DMS), and AI-led automation programs. He played a key role in aligning IT strategy with business growth, driving operational efficiencies, and delivering large-scale transformation programs across global and domestic operations.
Over the course of his career, Das has held leadership roles at organizations such as Signify (formerly Philips Lighting), Lupin, Merino Industries, HCL Technologies, and Radico Khaitan. His experience includes leading SAP S/4HANA transformations, managing complex ERP landscapes, and executing global rollouts across domains like order-to-cash, manufacturing, and supply chain.
Known for his strong program management and stakeholder engagement capabilities, Das has consistently worked closely with CXO-level leadership to drive enterprise-wide adoption of digital technologies. His core strengths include SAP implementation, IT governance, cybersecurity, vendor management, and building high-performing, cross-functional teams.
He has also been recognized in the industry through multiple accolades, including CIO Power List honors, DataQuest Digital Leader awards, and being named among the NEXT100 CIOs.
At Jubilant FoodWorks, Das is expected to lead the company’s SAP strategy and digital core modernization, enabling scalable, data-driven decision-making and enhancing operational agility. His appointment aligns with the organization’s continued investment in technology to support its Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) operations, which rely heavily on integrated digital platforms, supply chain systems, and customer experience innovations.
