KellyOCG ropes in Francis Padamadan as Senior Director Asia Pacific

KellyOCG announced the elevation of Francis Padamadan as Senior Director, Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Business Process Services (BPS) practices for the Asia Pacific region. Francis has been with Kelly since 2002 in various roles. Prior to this elevation, he was the Country Director for KellyOCG in India. In his new role, Francis will be responsible for retaining and growing the RPO and BPS businesses in the ASEAN region, Australia and New Zealand and the India market.

Francis brings onboard more than 15 years of rich experience which includes managing Kelly’s largest operations team and scaling up of Kelly’s direct hiring business in India across the financial, IT, scientific and engineering and consumer sectors, including temporary and contract staffing. Commenting on the elevation, Peter Hamilton, Vice President and Regional Director APAC, said, “Francis brings extensive knowledge in global account management and large business operations to the table. In Asia Pacific, with the business heading off to a good start in 2018, I am sure he will achieve even more success as the year progresses.”

Francis commented, “RPO and BPS can be a panacea for talent woes faced by several key sectors. Hence our number one priority is to help organizations through our customized talent management offerings. I am delighted to lead the practice at a time when market adoption rates have been increasing by the day. Our Focus for RPO and BPS across India and South-East Asia would be mainly with Global In-house Centres, shared services of banking and financial sectors followed by life science. This is based on our robust exhibited delivery capability and the success we have had with many customers.” KellyOCG is currently running more than a dozen RPO programs in India.
