Kamesh Goyal, Founder and Chairman of Go Digit General Insurance Limited, has been honored with the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year™ (EOY) Award 2024 in the Startup Category. The award recognizes his outstanding contributions to transforming India’s insurance sector through digital innovation and customer-centric solutions.
The prestigious award was presented at a ceremony in New Delhi on March 5, 2025, with Chief Guest Shri Bhupender Yadav, the Honourable Union Minister of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, felicitating the winners.

Goyal, who started Go Digit Insurance in 2016, has successfully built it into a billion-dollar enterprise within just a few years. His leadership has propelled the company’s rapid growth, culminating in a successful IPO in 2024.
