ENOC Group Completes Second Stage of SAP Implementation as part of its digital transformation strategy

ENOC has successfully completed the second stage of SAP S/4HANA ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system implementation, to enhance safe and secure information exchange between its various entities.

His Excellency Saif Humaid Al Falasi, Group CEO, ENOC, said: “Digital technologies are fast-transforming the business landscape, and we have been investing significantly to bolster our digital operations. Our focus on digital transformation is to offer exceptional value to our customers and stakeholders and is in line with the vision of our leadership to promote innovation, strengthen the digital infrastructure and embrace ground-breaking technologies. Integrating SAP in our business operations will simplify our processes and lead to real time visibility in monitoring and tracking our operations thereby helping us to make fast and proactive decisions.”

With the full automation offered feature, SAP S/4HANA will enable ENOC Group to outperform efficiently and elevate its sustainability standards as per the industry best practices, by becoming more agile and more responsive to the environmental requirements.

Hesham Ali Mustafa. Executive Director – Shared Services, Group HR and New Business Development, ENOC Group added “Over the past few years we have been investing significantly in tech solutions to further enhance our operations and accelerate innovation. This was propelled by the Covid-19 pandemic, which encouraged businesses to be more digital, fully integrated and adapt to the ever-changing technology landscape. We are confident that implementing SAP to our business offering will have strategic impact on our employees, customers, and the community at-large and will support us in achieving our goal to increase productivity, improve compliance, security, and profitability.”

Peter Maier, President Industries and Customer Advisory, SAP commented: “ENOC’s Programme in general and the completion of Stage II in particular is a showcase among our Oil & Gas customers. Despite all the odds of 2020/21 and the COVID side effects on running projects, ENOC didn’t slow down, and continued their relentless efforts together with SAP and Partners to deliver what their Top Management have envisioned for the company. The successful completion of this milestone leverages SAP’s Industry Solutions and latest Cloud Innovative offerings that equips ENOC with all that is needed to become the Intelligent Enterprise and compete among peer customers.

In 2019, ENOC introduced ‘Masar’, its innovative digital transformation programme designed to offer complete digital integration of all its divisions to enhance efficiencies across all core operational and support functions.

Masar is about unifying operations and deploying highly competitive business best practices, the foundation to achieve digital excellence as “One ENOC”.

Completing this second step of SAP S/4HANA project is an important milestone on ENOC’s journey to capitalise on new digital capabilities, increased sustainability, and more customer centricity.
