Highlights regarding implementations in 2016: We rolled out second release of C-Zentrix Cluster Telephony System that can handle more than 5000+ Agents simultaneously with all features of Load balance and Fail over across every node. We are now working on our third release. This C-Zentrix Cluster system can scale up customer in-premise as well as in cloud platform and ensure maximum productivity on hardware. It is one key reasons why we will be cost-wise and feature-wise successful in larger in-premise solution and Cloud. We have also added Additional Channel of Chat and ChatBot on the same platform.
Plans for 2017 from technology and projects’ point of view: 2017-18 will be challenging in terms of automation. Major projects will be focused on automation and Analytics around Automation. Winner of the game will not be those who are quick to implement but those who’s AI engine’s converge to better results.
Success mantra: We motivate ourselves to make “Products and Services around the product” as best as possible, so that we and our country can be proud of. Our focus is to expand organically with strong foundation. No short cut even if the competition takes that route, eventually only those who are stable will be successful. Don’t burn money like paper, it’s better to remain frugal than to be jazzy. We keep things Simple and Stupid and we don’t allow the child inside us to die because of pressure, and we are allow ourselves space to dream and dream wild like a child.
Favorite piece of personal technology: C-Programming. If nothing works, this surely works for me.
Hobbies pursued in free time: Teaching Kids, better if they are from have-nots, so that I can expose then to areas of education that they never see. Going to the mountains, Himalayas keep calling me.
About the family: I am single. My only family responsibility now I am left with is to take care of my ailing mom. She still scolds me the same way, and that is the only barometer that she is well.

Favorite holiday destination: Mountains, Home town, Sea beaches, Waterfalls. I feel simple when I am there.
