Seasoned finance leader to drive operational excellence, M&A strategy, and growth in the cybersecurity and cloud markets
The Infinigate Group, a leading technology platform and trusted advisor in Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Network Infrastructure, has announced the appointment of Peter Meier as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO).
With an extensive career spanning leadership roles across global technology firms, Meier brings a wealth of financial and operational expertise to Infinigate’s executive team. He joins from DKV Mobility, where he served as Group CFO, overseeing strategic growth and business transformation. His earlier stints include senior finance roles at HERE Technologies, KUONI Group, and Sulzer Ltd, where he successfully led global restructuring and digital transformation initiatives.

He will also spearhead operational transformation initiatives aimed at building Infinigate’s next-generation operating platform, enhancing efficiency and scalability across the organization.
