Partnership brings mobile network signals and real-world identity data together for smarter fraud and trust decisions
XConnect and Honey Badger are combining mobile network intelligence with proprietary real-world identity data in a partnership aimed at helping banks, payment platforms and enterprises make more informed fraud, identity and trust decisions.
The collaboration brings together XConnect’s global Network APIs and mobile identity services with Honey Badger’s identity datasets, allowing customers to assess identity risk using multiple signals rather than relying on individual verification checks.
For financial institutions and digital platforms, the shift is significant. As fraudsters increasingly exploit gaps between onboarding, account access and payments, a single identity signal may not provide enough context to determine whether a customer or transaction can be trusted.

Under the partnership, Honey Badger will integrate XConnect’s Network APIs and mobile identity services into its platform, providing access to network intelligence from operators worldwide. XConnect will, in turn, incorporate Honey Badger’s identity datasets into its portfolio, enabling customers to combine KYC intelligence with live mobile network signals and trust solutions such as XConnect Pulse.
The model supports a layered approach to digital trust, where organisations can combine pre-qualification, mobile network verification and real-world identity intelligence to improve risk assessment.
