Zoho Corporation, the Chennai-headquartered global tech giant, has announced significant upgrades to its Customer Experience (CX) platform and launched Ulaa Enterprise, a secure, enterprise-grade browser, during its annual user conference in the US.
The CX platform enhancements are centred around Zia, Zoho’s AI assistant, now equipped with agentic capabilities like report generation through natural language, “image to Canvas” design tools, and no-code custom workflows. With CRM for Everyone, Zoho is extending these innovations beyond sales teams to all customer-facing departments, empowering organisations to deliver seamless service without the bottleneck of data silos.

Meanwhile, Ulaa Enterprise is built for today’s security-first enterprises, particularly in regulated sectors like BFSI and government. Offering data loss prevention, phishing detection via ZeroPhish, and centralised policy control, the Chromium-based browser addresses both IT oversight and user productivity.
