Highlights regarding your work/ implementations in 2016: In 2016, paperless office and digitization were big initiatives for us. We were able digitize and implement paperless workflows in the areas of travel and expense management, PO process, employee self-service processes. The other significant area was in the mobility space. A new Happiest Minds Mobility app was released that provides leave management, approvals, timesheet management on the go.

Your plans for 2017 from technology and projects’ point of view: Further automation and introduction of Bots would be key focus areas in 2017. Building an open collaborative ecosystem using technology will be the goal.

Your success mantra: Need to be the pioneer in trying new technologies that can make work more efficient and easy for the customers. Be the change!

Hobbies you like to pursue in your free time: Travelling, Meeting people, Biking, Cycling, Playing Squash, Skiing

Information about your family: My wife, Deepa is an interior decorated and a fashion consultant. I have two young daughters whom I love to spend time with.

Favorite holiday destination and why: Any adventurous place, most recently skiing in Gulmarg and Scuba Diving in Andaman’s
