Integrated Masters’ Program by Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) for 2014 batch of graduates, hired by Wipro

Wipro launches its ‘WiSTA – Data Scientist’ program in India, an integrated post graduate program in Analytics for the 2014 batch of engineering and Science graduates hired by Wipro as full-time employees. The Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) will conduct the program and award the Master of Technology and Master of Science degrees in analytics.

With the rise of digital economy, data explosion, changing face of competition and unprecedented pace of innovation, it is imperative that organizations use analytical insights to make informed business decisions. This will be achieved by offering the “talent pool” projects which excite and stimulate their intelligent minds. We believe investing in creating the frameworks to nurture the resources of the future will be in the best interests of our clients and the industries we operate in. It is an exciting program.” said Jeff Heenan-Jalil, Senior Vice President and Global Head, Advanced Technologies & Solutions, Wipro Ltd.
