Waterbase Achieves ‘Go-Live’ in Six Months with SAP ERP

Company partners with SAP to implement the ECC 6.0 ERP in its operations as well as restructuring, automating and integrating its businesses with SAP’s expertise to enhance its efficiency across verticals.

Pioneer in aquaculture, the Waterbase Limited has announced the successful implementation of SAP ECC 6.0 ERP to strengthen its operations. The company has chosen SAP to restructure, automate and integrate its business processes to improve its operational efficiencies across all business verticals. PwC has been the implementation partner. The Company has achieved to Go Live, in a short span of 6 months.

As per the press release, the Waterbase Limited is a part of the KCT group and is the leading manufacturer of high quality shrimp feed in India. The Company is currently focused on manufacturing shrimp feeds and processing & export of shrimps. The Company’s manufacturing and processing facilities are located near Nellore in Andhra Pradesh.

Speaking on the occasion Ramakanth V Akula, CEO, The Waterbase Limited, said, “We have been growing steadily since past several years.
