Tech Mahindra has unveiled a pivotal collaboration with Surance.io, an inventive platform specializing in personal cyber insurance. This strategic alliance aims to deliver comprehensive international multilingual technical support while bolstering cybersecurity solutions. The ultimate goal is to fortify and ensure secure digital transformation within the insurance sector.

Through this partnership, Surance.io will tap into Tech Mahindra’s multilingual support capabilities, enabling communication with customers in over 20 languages. This collaboration aims to enhance customer experiences by offering 24/7 expert support, top-notch call center services, advanced AI-driven threat detection tools, and personalized guidance to safeguard insurance customers from cyber threats.

In 2022, cyber-attacks caused $10.3Bn in financial damage in the US, compared with $2.7Bn in 2018.
