Smartworks creates collaboration and networking tool for customers

India’s serviced office space provider, Smartworks has launched “smartworks application” – an application that works as a collaboration and networking tool helping users increase efficiency and reduce downtime for essential but operational tasks. Downloadable onto your smartphones through Google Play and Apple App Store, the interface enables Smartworks’ clients to network and collaborate with Smartwork’s pan India community, book meeting rooms in advance, carpool the smart way by finding their carpool buddies within their office, order beverages from their workstations and enjoy several location-optimized offers, rebates and event listings from brand partners,. The application also offers real time tech support through features like User Feedback & Live Chat with the Community Management, and ensures that the issues reported are solved in sixty minutes. The app has received a positive response from users so far.

Smartworks plans to elevate its technology offerings further with the help of Alexa Virtual Assistant, which will be implanted in its meeting rooms and cafes. The company also plans to come up with a solution that will provide an Augmented Reality experience that will allow its potential customers to get an idea of what their office space will look like when finished.

“We are committed to build a world-class, technology-rich environment characterized by in-house CRM and Visitor Management System (VMS) at all our facilities, excellent internet speed, breakout areas, a strong corporate identity and fully-equipped meeting rooms to better meet the needs of our customers. We understand the need of today’s modern workplaces, operating styles of entrepreneurs, start-ups and blue-chip organizations alike” said Neetish Sarda, Founder Smartworks, commenting on the recent technology developments at his offices.

Living in the fast-paced age of mobility and being on the go is perceived today as a very basic condition for human existence. The modern day workforce is on a constant lookout for easy and user-friendly ways to manage their work lives. Shared office space providers are leaving no stone unturned in closing the gap in ensuring that their customers stay delighted while getting the best workplace experience.  The workforce relies upon the technology to get work done – whether it is managing community or the work space. As a result, the office space providers are investing heavily in technology to take their offerings to an advanced stage, especially to attract and retain an increasing millennial workforce. Smartworks is leading the race and counts on technology to ease the entire set of operations of its clients.
