Radware Receives Frost & Sullivan for DDoS Mitigation

Report highlights Radware’s comprehensive and integrated product line and the value it provides to customers

Radware has received Frost & Sullivan’s Award for Product Line Strategy Leadership in DDoS Mitigation. Frost & Sullivan Senior Industry Analyst Chris Rodriguez said, “Radware has excelled in breadth of its DDoS mitigation product line as it offers an on-premises product, a cloud-based mitigation service, and related security solutions such as Web application firewalls (WAF). Radware’s robust product line can meet the needs of a wide range of organizations.”

Rodriguez added that Radware delivers value to customers in a number of ways.  For instance, its AMS solutions present upgradable licenses for scalable performance, which lets customers ‘pay as they grow’ and reduces capital expenditures.

Radware’s comprehensive Attack Mitigation System (AMS) is a set of patented technologies designed for the most advanced Internet-borne cyber-attacks. Radware’s AMS system provides industry-leading solutions:

  • On-premise DDoS Protection Devices: Real-time, behavioral-based DDoS and SSL-based DDoS mitigation to protect infrastructure against network and application downtime, application vulnerability exploitation, malware spread, network anomalies, information theft, and other emerging DDoS attack.
  • Hybrid Cloud DDoS Protection Service: A cloud-based scrubbing center receives diverted traffic during volumetric attacks when the enterprise’s Internet pipe is about to saturate. This enables smooth transition between DDoS mitigation options assuring immediate protection with no disruption gaps and without adding to scrubbing center latency.
  • Web Application Firewall solution (either on-premises or as a cloud service) ensures fast, reliable, and secure delivery of mission-critical Web applications. It enables PCI compliance through mitigation of Web application security threats and vulnerabilities, preventing data theft and manipulation of sensitive corporate data while protecting customer information. Additionally, it reduces the increasing risk of an enterprise’s infrastructure being used to attack others.
  • DDoS Mitigation Service: 24x7Emergency Response Team (ERT) support for hands-on attack mitigation assistance. The ERT provides the expertise needed during prolonged, multi-vector attacks. The ERT’s experience fighting the most widely known attacks in the industry provides best practice approaches to fight each and every attack.

Frost & Sullivan presents the Product Line Strategy Leadership award to the company that has developed a comprehensive product line that caters to the breadth of the market it serves. The award recognizes the extent to which the product line meets customer demands, the overall impact it has in terms of customer value, and increased market share. To achieve these goals (customer value and product line strength), an organization must be best-in-class in three key areas: understanding demand, nurturing the brand, and differentiating from the competition.

Frost & Sullivan Best Practices awards recognize companies in a variety of regional and global markets for demonstrating outstanding achievement and superior performance in areas such as leadership, technological innovation, customer service, and strategic product development. Industry analysts compare market participants and measure performance through in-depth interviews, analysis, and extensive secondary research to identify best practices in the industry.
