Paras Defence Invests in Logic Fruit to Power Next-Gen Defence Tech

At AERO India 2025, Paras Defence and Space Technologies Ltd. announced a ₹10 crore strategic investment in Logic Fruit Technologies, acquiring an 8% stake to strengthen India’s high-performance computing and defence tech capabilities.

Logic Fruit, a deep-tech innovator, specializes in FPGA/SoC-based embedded solutions, AI-driven computing, and advanced signal processing. With a strong track record of delivering over 100 cutting-edge solutions for ISRO, DRDO, HAL, and global aerospace giants, the company is at the forefront of mission-critical defence and aerospace technology.

The partnership will enhance Paras Defence’s anti-drone and high-speed computing solutions, accelerating innovation in AI-powered defence systems and next-gen military technology.

“This investment aligns with our vision to lead India’s defence tech evolution,” said Munjal Sharad Shah, Managing Director, Paras Defence. “Logic Fruit’s deep-tech expertise will drive groundbreaking innovations, reinforcing India’s self-reliance in critical technologies.”
