Newgen Software Technologies has been positioned as a ‘Strong Performer’ in The Forrester Wave: Customer Communication Management, Q2 2016 by Craig Le Clair with Alex Cullen, Shaun McGovern, and Diane Lynch.

According to the release, Forrester conducted vendor evaluations in March and April 2016 with all 14 participating vendors and surveyed dozens of customer references. Vendors were evaluated against all 22 criteria across three categories. Based on its score in the CCM workflow criterion in the report, Newgen’s CCM solution has strong drag-and-drop visual process support document design approval workflow but separate ADF document automation and user document creation and review workflow.

Mr. Diwakar Nigam, MD & CEO of Newgen Software, said, “Providing a robust solution with complete dependability is the core value for our business. Newgen is playing a strong role in providing fundamental capabilities in the CCM space which supports businesses in bringing about much required flexibility and able to reduce operational costs. We are delighted that we are being recognized yet again by a top industry research firm and believe that in the coming quarters we will build even more technology prowess and efficiency into our CCM solution to enhance our customer base.”

According to the Forrester report, “Newgen Software has a strong multilingual solution and is globally strong, with customers in India and the Middle East. Financial services and insurance are sweet spots for Newgen CCM.
