Lenovo India appoints new leaders for Integrated Operations and Service Delivery

Elevates Nitin Garg to Director and Head of Services Support, and Saurabh Agrawal to Director for Integrated Operations, India

Lenovo India announced new roles for two of their veteran leaders. The Company announced the elevation of Nitin Garg to Director and Head of Services Support, Lenovo India. He was previously leading the Integrated Operations function. In his fifteen-year stint at the Company, Nitin has led critical projects and initiatives for the company. This includes the execution of high-impact projects such as the 1.5M notebook deal, conceptualizing and deploying salesforce.com

CRM for the commercial segment, growing the ‘Make in India’ capacity, and building an in-house capability to develop multiple process automation tools for enhancing productivity and ease of operations. He was also instrumental in building Lenovo’s Integrated Operations practice in the Central Asia Pacific market. 

With over three decades of diversified experience, Nitin has straddled roles across corporate sales, distribution, channel management, business operations, and supply chain management.  Prior to Lenovo, he worked with large MNCs and domestic IT organizations.

Saurabh Agrawal has been appointed Director for Integrated Operations, India. Saurabh was heading the Center of Excellence as part of the International Service Support Organization where he was managing operations to support the business through process improvements, reporting and analysis leveraging data science and analytics, building tools and systems to support next-generation service capabilities for the organization. 

Saurabh is a Lenovo veteran and has had multiple successful stints since the time he joined the India business as a part of the IBM transition in 2005. As part of Lenovo, he has been CFO for different geographies and business groups with stints in Lenovo Middle East & Africa, EMEA  Mobile Business Group and ROW Services Operations. Prior to Lenovo, Saurabh has worked with leading MNCs like IBM and Tata Steel.
