A key driver for Kordia’s selection of Asigra Cloud Backup was its agentless architecture which does not require any agents to be installed on backup targets, but instead reaches out over the network to back up operating systems, file systems, and applications through industry standard programming interfaces.

“We wanted a solution for our Remote Backup and Restore product which provided an intuitive interface for our customers, enabled reliable self-managed backup and restore and was highly secure,” said Aaron Olphert, CTO, Kordia Group. “We have been very impressed with the product so far which has exceeded expectations. We have achieved a 100% conversion rate between customer trials and customer production services to date. Asigra’s reputation as a leader in the backup space is well-deserved and we continue to move forward in earnest to extend the benefits of their technology to our customers.”

“Medium and large enterprises present special challenges to backup service platforms that lack the capacity to scale without disrupting business operations or the ability to securely protect information in a compliant manner,” said Eran Farajun, Executive Vice President, Asigra. “Our software was designed for managed service providers facing these challenges and provides the reliability, scalability and security required to ensure data availability.
