Infor Hires Wall Street Veteran as CFO

Jeff Laborde to work as a Chief Financial Officer as Infor is experiencing high growth in bookings of its cloud applications

Infor hired Wall Street veteran Jeff Laborde as Chief Financial Officer, who reports to Infor CEO Charles Phillips, joins as Infor is experiencing high growth, particularly in bookings of its cloud applications, up more than 300% year-over-year in its most recent fiscal year, which ended April 30, 2015.

Commenting on the appointment Charles Phillips, CEO of Infor said “Jeff Laborde, with his extensive background in technology finance, is a perfect fit to help guide Infor through this next phase in the evolution of the company.”

Laborde most recently served as CFO of SumTotal Systems, a supplier of Human Capital Management (HCM) software. Prior to which he was the managing director at Goldman, Sachs in the Technology, Media & Telecom Group, he served in Credit Suisse First Boston’s Technology Group and Arthur Andersen LLP’s Audit and Business Advisory Group. He has an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
