Genpact has announced the appointment of Dinesh Jain as its new Global Capability Center (GCC) Lead. The strategic move is aimed at strengthening Genpact’s capabilities in helping clients design, scale, and transform GCC operations into innovation-driven business hubs.
Based in Mumbai, Jain will lead Genpact’s global GCC initiatives, focusing on driving client growth through data-led transformation, advanced technologies, and agentic operations. His role will involve developing GCC strategies and execution playbooks that help organizations evolve their capability centers into high-value assets supporting enterprise-wide innovation and competitiveness.

He will also support organizations with strategic initiatives such as capacity expansion, carve-outs, and operational optimization to maximize impact across geographies and industries.
With extensive experience in digital transformation and GCC delivery, Jain brings deep expertise in designing scalable solutions for multinational enterprises. Prior to joining Genpact, he led Accenture’s Technology GCC Solutions and Offerings in Mumbai and held senior leadership roles focused on technology strategy, architecture, and enterprise transformation.
