Move sharpens focus on core Insurance Services while strengthening go-to-market alignment with Sapiens

Coforge has announced the divestment of its product subsidiary Coforge AdvantageGo Limited to Sapiens UK Limited for a base consideration of GBP 43 million. The deal, part of Coforge’s corporate restructuring strategy, is expected to close within 4–6 weeks, subject to customary completion obligations.

AdvantageGo, a recognized leader in Commercial and Specialty insurance software with deep roots in the Lloyd’s Syndicate Market, will now be integrated into Sapiens’ global Insurance SaaS portfolio. The move is designed to eliminate strategic channel conflicts and enhance Coforge’s ability to scale its core Insurance Services business, which continues to be a key growth vertical for the company.

“This divestment removes channel conflict and strengthens our Insurance Services focus.”

– Sudhir Singh, CEO & Executive Director, Coforge

“AdvantageGo is a stellar product business in a predominantly IT Services organization,” said Sudhir Singh, CEO & Executive Director, Coforge. “The divestment resolves channel conflict with strategic partners and allows us to double down on Insurance Services while aligning more closely with Sapiens, a global leader in insurance technology.”

Ian Summers, Global Business Leader of AdvantageGo, added, “Joining Sapiens amplifies our capabilities and enhances our solutions. We are committed to ensuring a seamless transition and continued service excellence for our clients.”
