Allana Group has appointed Navin Nathani as its Group Chief Information Officer (Group CIO), bringing on board one of India’s accomplished technology leaders with more than 22 years of experience in enterprise technology, digital transformation, cybersecurity, AI, data analytics, and manufacturing technology.
In his new role, Nathani will lead enterprise technology strategy, digital transformation initiatives, cybersecurity, business applications, and innovation across Allana Group’s diverse manufacturing and business operations. His appointment underscores the group’s focus on leveraging technology as a key driver of growth, operational excellence, and business resilience.
Prior to joining Allana Group, Nathani served as Chief Information Officer at Cohizon, a CVC Capital Partners portfolio company, where he was responsible for transforming technology into a strategic business enabler across manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial operations. During his tenure, he spearheaded AI-led manufacturing initiatives, digital innovation programs, and enterprise transformation projects focused on measurable business outcomes.
Before Cohizon, he held the position of General Manager and Head – IT, Transformation and Value Creation at Hindalco Industries (Aditya Birla Group), where he led digital transformation, data democratization, AI and machine learning initiatives, CRM modernization, and governance programs across the enterprise.
Earlier, Nathani served as Deputy General Manager and Head – IT & Digital Transformation at Blue Star Limited, driving technology-led business transformation and supply chain digitization. He also spent nearly eight years at General Mills in various leadership roles, overseeing finance transformation, supply chain technology, analytics, automation, CRM, and business intelligence initiatives across large-scale global operations.
His previous stints include leadership roles at Deloitte, Wipro Infotech, Reliance Life Insurance, and Prudential, where he built extensive expertise in enterprise systems, program management, IT governance, business transformation, and large-scale technology delivery.
Throughout his career, Nathani has led digital transformation programs across more than 30 manufacturing plants, managed technology investments exceeding ₹250 crore, and delivered initiatives generating over $50 million in business value. He has also been recognized multiple CIO100 Award recipients.
With deep expertise spanning AI, cybersecurity, SAP and Oracle platforms, cloud, data analytics, manufacturing digitization, and enterprise transformation, Nathani is well-positioned to lead Allana Group’s next phase of technology-driven growth and innovation.
