Allana Group has appointed Navin Nathani as Group Director – IT & Group Chief Information Officer (Group CIO). In his new role, Nathani will lead the conglomerate’s enterprise technology strategy, strengthen IT capabilities, and drive digital transformation initiatives across the group’s diverse business operations.
As Group CIO, Nathani will work closely with the leadership team to modernize the organization’s technology landscape, accelerate the adoption of artificial intelligence, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and enterprise innovation, while enhancing operational efficiency, scalability, and long-term business value.
Bringing more than 22 years of experience in enterprise technology leadership, Nathani has built a strong reputation for aligning technology with business outcomes across manufacturing, FMCG, life sciences, insurance, and consulting. Before joining Allana Group, he served as Chief Information Officer at Cohizon Life Sciences, where he led enterprise-wide digital transformation programs focused on AI, cloud, cybersecurity, SAP modernization, and data-driven decision-making. Prior to that, he was General Manager & Head – IT, Transformation and Value Creation at Hindalco Industries, spearheading strategic initiatives in enterprise transformation, data platforms, finance and HR modernization, governance, and digital value creation.
Earlier in his career, Nathani held technology leadership roles at Blue Star, General Mills, Deloitte, Prudential, Reliance Nippon Life Insurance, and Wipro, where he successfully delivered large-scale cloud transformation, analytics, automation, AI/ML, ERP, CRM, omnichannel, and intelligent process automation initiatives for global enterprises.
