Dyna Software Unveils Agentic AI ‘Platform Copilot’ for ServiceNow at Knowledge 2026

Dyna Software

Dyna Software has introduced Platform Copilot, an agentic AI solution designed to automate and accelerate ServiceNow platform configuration using natural language inputs.

The announcement was made during Knowledge 2026 in Las Vegas, where the company showcased the platform publicly for the first time.

According to Dyna Software, Platform Copilot is designed to integrate directly with a customer’s ServiceNow development environment and autonomously generate complete configurations based on business requirements. The platform aims to simplify and speed up enterprise service management development by reducing dependence on manual coding and platform configuration processes.

“AI is beginning to change how enterprise platforms are built and managed.”

— Ron Browning, CEO, Dyna Software

The solution allows users to create workflows and configurations using natural language prompts as well as visual inputs such as Visio diagrams, whiteboard sessions, and images. It also provides live previews of proposed configurations before deployment and automatically generates and executes ATF tests alongside each configuration change.

Additional capabilities include schema-aware safeguards, sensitive-field protections, comprehensive audit trails, user feedback mechanisms, and automated backlog resolution support. Dyna Software claims the platform can reduce production build times by up to 80%, helping organizations accelerate digital transformation initiatives while lowering operational costs.

“Our vision is to remove the traditional barriers between business intent and technical execution.”

— Ron Browning, Dyna Software

Ron Browning, CEO of Dyna Software, said the platform reflects a broader shift toward intelligent collaboration between people and software in enterprise IT environments. He added that the company’s goal is to bridge the gap between business intent and technical execution, enabling organizations to become more agile and cost-efficient.

Beyond enterprise customers, the platform is also positioned to support ServiceNow partners and system integrators by reducing manual configuration workloads and enabling consulting teams to focus on larger transformation projects.

Platform Copilot will be offered through a credit-based consumption pricing model with general availability expected in Q3 2026.
