Deepgram and AWS Forge Strategic Collaboration to Accelerate Global Voice AI Deployment

Scott Stephenson, CEO and co-founder of Deepgram

Multi-year agreement strengthens integration, co-selling, and generative AI innovation for enterprise voice applications

Deepgram, the enterprise-grade voice AI platform, has signed a strategic collaboration agreement (SCA) with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to fast-track the global deployment of generative voice AI solutions. The multi-year partnership deepens Deepgram’s integration with AWS services and expands joint go-to-market efforts, enabling enterprises to build scalable, high-accuracy voice applications across diverse use cases.

Already trusted by Fortune 100 companies and innovative startups, Deepgram’s voice AI platform powers real-time transcription, voice automation, and speech synthesis. A Fortune 20 healthcare company, for example, uses Deepgram’s models on AWS infrastructure to modernize contact center operations and deliver personalized support.

“As a Generative AI Competency Partner, Deepgram is uniquely positioned to help enterprises unlock the full potential of voice AI,” said Scott Stephenson, CEO and co-founder of Deepgram. “By deepening our collaboration with AWS, we’re enabling enterprises to move faster and with greater confidence as they build and modernize their voice applications.”

“As a Generative AI Competency Partner, Deepgram is uniquely positioned to help enterprises unlock the full potential of voice AI,” said Scott Stephenson, CEO and co-founder of Deepgram.

Deepgram’s platform includes speech-to-text (STT), text-to-speech (TTS), and speech-to-speech (STS) capabilities, all running on secure AWS infrastructure. Customers benefit from seamless deployment on Amazon EKS, secure data storage with Amazon S3, and orchestration via AWS Lambda and Amazon API Gateway. Deepgram also plans to expand availability through Amazon SageMaker and Amazon Bedrock, streamlining AI model deployment and orchestration.

“Enterprise customers have been clear about their need for voice AI that integrates seamlessly with their existing technology investments,” said Jon Jones, Vice President of AWS Startups and Venture Capital. “Our deepened collaboration with Deepgram means customers can deploy voice capabilities within their AWS environments. This integration simplifies procurement, deployment, and scaling, allowing enterprises to focus on creating differentiated experiences rather than managing complex infrastructure.”

Deepgram’s presence in AWS Marketplace further simplifies procurement, offering usage-based pricing and unified billing. Robby Grossman, VP of Engineering at Wistia, noted, “Leveraging Deepgram in AWS Marketplace helped us sidestep operational inefficiencies and quickly implement a top-tier speech recognition solution with superior performance and scalability.”

As part of the SCA, Deepgram will invest in building GenAI-enabled capabilities, deliver new enterprise case studies, and continue optimizing its models for the AWS ecosystem.
