Happiest Minds Reports Strong Q1 FY26 Performance with $64.4 Million Revenue

Digital transformation leader posts 17.5% YoY growth in constant currency, driven by GenAI and deep tech innovations

Happiest Minds Technologies has announced robust financial results for the first quarter of FY26, ending June 30, 2025. The company reported operating revenues of US$ 64.4 million, marking a 2.3% quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) and 17.5% year-on-year (YoY) growth in constant currency.

The company’s EBITDA stood at ₹124.05 crores, representing 21.4% of total income, with a PAT of ₹57.13 crores, up 68% QoQ. Adjusted PAT reached ₹68.62 crores, with an EPS of ₹4.55.

Chairman & Chief Mentor Ashok Soota attributed the strong performance to the company’s strategic focus on emerging technologies.

“Our strong start to Q1 FY26 underscores the continued confidence our customers place in us and the impact of our differentiated digital capabilities,” said Soota. “As we harness the transformative power of Generative AI and deep tech, Happiest Minds remains steadfast in delivering purposeful innovation and long-term value.”

CEO Joseph Anantharaju highlighted the role of ten strategic transformations and verticalized structures in driving growth. “Our differentiated capabilities in Generative AI, Data, and Cybersecurity position us as the partner of choice. We remain confident in our ability to scale impact and drive sustainable growth,” he said.

The company added 17 new clients, bringing the total to 285, and maintained a workforce of 6,523 Happiest Minds. Utilization improved to 78.9%, while attrition rose slightly to 18.2%.

Key wins this quarter include GenAI services for a multinational logistics firm, cloud migration for a US healthcare company, and LMS platform development for a US education provider. The company also secured cybersecurity and infrastructure deals with Australian enterprises.

Happiest Minds was recognized with the CNBC-TV18 India Risk Management Award 2025 and featured in AIM Research’s PeMa Quadrant and Everest Group’s IPA Solutions PEAK Matrix.

With annualized revenues exceeding $270 million, Happiest Minds continues to expand its global footprint across 43 offices, serving over 85 billion-dollar corporations.
