Partnership to boost infrastructure observability, service delivery, and operational efficiency for enterprises in India

Zensar Technologies has announced a strategic partnership with ManageEngine, the enterprise IT management division of Zoho Corporation, to offer integrated and comprehensive IT operations and service management solutions for Indian enterprises.

The collaboration aims to address challenges stemming from fragmented IT ecosystems by combining Zensar’s domain expertise with ManageEngine’s robust suite of ITSM and ITOM tools. The unified offerings are designed to deliver real-time observability, faster incident resolution, and cost-effective IT infrastructure management across sectors such as BFSI, healthcare, retail, and manufacturing.

“This partnership is a natural elevation of our decade-long collaboration, built on trust and shared goals.”

— Jitendra Nandwani, SVP & Head of Cloud, Infrastructure and Security Services, Zensar Technologies

“Enterprises today face increasing complexity in managing their IT infrastructure,” said Promoth Kumar, Chief Revenue Officer, ManageEngine. “By partnering with Zensar, we bring together deep capabilities to streamline operations and enhance service delivery for our clients.”

Zensar, part of the $4.8 billion RPG Group, has worked with ManageEngine for over a decade. The new phase of this partnership builds on three pillars—reselling, system integration, and technology collaboration—ensuring scalable and resilient IT environments for enterprise clients.

The companies intend to empower businesses with data-driven insights, proactive incident management, and greater digital resilience in an ever-evolving technology landscape.
