Wipro Limited, a leading AI-powered technology services and consulting company, has announced the successful completion of its acquisition of the Digital Transformation Solutions (DTS) business unit of HARMAN, following all necessary regulatory approvals. First announced on August 21, 2025, the deal marks a major advancement in Wipro’s strategic vision to strengthen AI-driven engineering innovation and global R&D excellence.
With this closure, DTS will now operate under Wipro’s Engineering Global Business Line, bringing with it a substantial portfolio of product engineering, embedded software development, embodied AI capabilities, and customer experience platforms. The integration significantly enhances Wipro’s ability to deliver comprehensive engineering and digital transformation services across industries.
