Strategic partnership to unlock AI-driven autonomous operations across finance, HR, supply chain, and more

UiPath has announced a strategic partnership with HCLTech, aimed at accelerating the deployment of agentic automation across global enterprises. This collaboration will empower organizations to achieve self-sufficient, AI-driven operations across critical business functions like finance, procurement, customer service, and HR—with minimal human intervention.

“As we shift towards agentic AI, this partnership helps enterprises scale intelligent automation with speed and impact.” – Ashim Gupta, COO & CFO, UiPath.

As part of the engagement, HCLTech will implement the UiPath Platform™ using pre-configured AI agents and robust controls to drive seamless deployment and scalability. The initiative also includes the establishment of a joint AI Lab in India focused on building Industry-Focused Repeatable Solutions (IFRS) and MVPs to support the entire automation lifecycle—from strategy and implementation to continuous optimization.

“With HCLTech’s deep expertise in AI, automation, and industry solutions, UiPath customers will benefit from best-in-class implementation and business impact,” added Ashim Gupta.

Raghu Kidambi, Corporate Vice President at HCLTech, emphasized the broader vision:

“By co-creating next-gen AI-powered solutions with UiPath, we’re setting new benchmarks for agentic autonomous operations that deliver agility, efficiency, and innovation at scale.”

The partnership is expected to accelerate business agility, workforce optimization, and ROI on automation investments across markets in North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.
