Ruby Hall Appointed Viloo Williams as Group Chief Information Officer

Villo William has joined Ruby Hall Clinic hospital as Group Chief information Officer. At Ruby Hall, she will help them achieve their business goals through Innovative Technology adoption, effective IT strategy development, cost optimization and customer satisfaction initiatives, based on my years of experience.

In her last company at JMES, as a result-driven CIO, she has a demonstrated track record of building and leading high-performing teams to achieve business objectives. her excels at setting strategic direction, managing budgets, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Viloo Williams, CIO, CK Birla Hospitals said, “As a hospital we have a lot of improvements coming in the levels of infrastructure. From an information technology perspective, one of the best practices that we want to bring in is how to improve the speed of delivery of the services to the patient, and towards that we are bringing in the digitization. Mobility is one of the areas where we want to bring in more digitization. We want that patients can connect to us from anywhere and they do not have to always walk into us, then the data what we collect from the patient and how soon we can reach the data back to the patient in the form of reports, investigations or the test results and so on. So that is the area where technology can help us a lot.”

She has served as a member of the senior leadership team to provide strategic direction and operational guidance to the Information Technology division. She has more than 10 years of experience in Hospitals. Her overall expertise covers Digital Transformation Strategies to meet Business goals, Enterprise Application Systems, ERP, Infrastructure Management and Information Security, Disaster Recovery Planning, Electronic Health Record, Voice/data networks, Data Centre management and maintaining Database repositories to fulfil the Organization’s analytical need.
