Ricoh Introduces One Stop Shop Offering

360° Experience is aimed at enhancing office productivity by integrating solutions in Document Management, IT Services and Communications

Ricoh has launched a new concept called Ricoh 360° in Delhi. It has introduced the One Stop Shop offerings to holistically meet every need of its customers by seamlessly integrating technology to boost employee productivity and office efficiencies.

Tetsuya Takano, MD & CEO, Ricoh India Ltd said, “In India, we expect an overall IT spending to reach USD 71.3 billion in 2014 which is a 5.9 percent increase over 2013 forecast with most of the growth driven by spending on IT service, and that’s why India is one of the most crucial markets in the World’s region for Ricoh.”

The company also announced that they are firmly on plans to achieve their goal of 1000 cr revenue in FY14 (March ending of 2014), recording a CAGR of over 50% in last 3 years. The key growth drivers include laser printers, IT Services, and Managed Document services, among others.

Manoj Kumar, Sr. Vice President & CFO of Ricoh India Limited said, “Three years back we started focusing on solutions because that is where the market is leading today. Ricoh has adopted a new business framework which extends from IT infrastructure to Business Process Consulting. We help them manage their end-to-end IT solutions and also offer them work-flow solutions. We want to empower our customers with best-of-breed technology which helps them to evolve and grow their business with a competitive edge.”
