Neysa and Pipeshift Launch Real-Time Inference Platform for Open-Source AI in India

Neysa

Neysa and Pipeshift have announced a strategic partnership to deliver production-grade, real-time AI inference infrastructure fully deployed within India, addressing the growing demand for low-latency and sovereign AI operations among enterprises.

As India rapidly emerges as a major AI inference market driven by use cases such as voice agents, enterprise copilots, and intelligent automation organizations are increasingly challenged by reliance on overseas infrastructure, fluctuating API costs, and inconsistent latency. The joint platform aims to resolve these issues by enabling in-country AI processing with predictable performance and economics.

The solution integrates Pipeshift’s managed inference platform with Neysa’s AI Acceleration Cloud, allowing enterprises to deploy open-source models such as Llama, Mistral, DeepSeek, and Gemma in dedicated, single-tenant environments. Designed for production workloads, the platform supports latency-sensitive applications including voice AI, enterprise search, and workflow automation, while ensuring data remains within India.

“By integrating optimized inference capabilities on single-tenant infrastructure, we are eliminating latency uncertainty and enabling enterprises to achieve predictable performance and full data sovereignty at scale,” said Karan Kirpalani, Chief Product Officer at Neysa.

The platform also removes common constraints such as shared rate limits, cold-start delays, and cross-region routing overheads, while enabling seamless scaling during demand spikes. Enterprises can deploy workloads quickly, with typical timelines from evaluation to production under two weeks.

Highlighting the operational impact, Arko Chattopadhyay, Co-Founder and CEO of Pipeshift, said, “There is a clear difference between AI that works in demos and AI that works in production. Our partnership with Neysa helps organizations bridge that gap with reliable, scalable infrastructure.”

Early adopters have reported significant improvements. AI deployments in voice and multilingual applications have demonstrated faster response times and reduced latency, reinforcing the platform’s role in enabling enterprise-scale AI adoption in India.
