IDBI Bank has incorporated customer onboarding solution powered by i-exceed’s digital experience platform, Appzillon. The app, designed for the bank’s staff will help in onboarding customers at the branch or at any location of a customer’s preference. IDBI Bank embarked on their digital transformation journey with the need for a digital onboarding solution for their customers. The bank decided to partner with i-exceed because of their track record of successfully implementing customer onboarding solutions and technical capabilities to build future ready digital solutions.
The solution completes the entire onboarding process in less than 30 minutes with mobile and Internet banking facilities activated for the new customer almost instantaneously. The inbuilt workflow also streamlines the processing of approvals at different levels so that the onboarding process is frictionless and delightful for both the customer and the bank staff. The entire customer onboarding solution project took just 3 months to roll out.
