LogicMonitor Partners with Chillisoft to Expand Autonomous IT Adoption Across ANZ

Luke

LogicMonitor has announced a strategic partnership with Chillisoft to accelerate the adoption of Autonomous IT across Australia and New Zealand (ANZ), leveraging a partner-led distribution model to scale regional growth.

The collaboration brings together LogicMonitor’s AI-first observability platform with Chillisoft’s established cybersecurity distribution network, enabling organisations to enhance visibility, resilience, and operational efficiency in increasingly complex IT environments.

Chillisoft, a specialist cybersecurity software distributor operating across Australia, New Zealand, and the South Pacific, provides technical support, pre-sales consulting, and managed services, including managed detection and response (MDR). Through the partnership, LogicMonitor becomes Chillisoft’s first dedicated observability and AI-driven IT operations partner, marking a significant step in expanding its footprint in the region.

“Organisations are placing greater emphasis on resilience and visibility across their digital environments as AI adoption accelerates. This partnership enables us to scale through a well-established partner network while ensuring consistent, high-quality outcomes,” said Luke Fogarty, Regional Vice President, Technical Services APAC at LogicMonitor

At the core of the collaboration is LogicMonitor’s platform powered by Edwin AI, which enables IT teams to detect anomalies, prioritise alerts, and identify root causes faster. Chillisoft will play a key role in translating these capabilities into tangible outcomes for partners and customers, helping bridge the gap between advanced technology and real-world implementation.

According to Gavin Lawless, the partnership addresses a critical scaling challenge faced by vendors. He noted that many technology providers are expected to drive growth without significantly expanding local teams, making distributor-led models essential for market expansion.

The partnership introduces a two-tier distribution approach, where Chillisoft works with resellers, consulting firms, and managed service providers (MSPs), who in turn deliver solutions to end customers or operate them in multi-tenant environments.

New Zealand has emerged as a key focus market within the partnership. With nearly three decades of local presence, Chillisoft brings strong relationships across partners and customers, enabling LogicMonitor to deepen its reach in the region. To support this growth, LogicMonitor also plans to launch a New Zealand-based data centre later this year, complementing its existing infrastructure in Sydney and Singapore.

The investment is expected to improve performance, reduce latency, and address data sovereignty requirements, as enterprises increasingly prioritise secure and resilient digital operations.

As hybrid IT environments expand and organisations depend more heavily on interconnected systems, the partnership underscores a broader industry shift toward AI-driven, autonomous operations that can proactively manage complexity while ensuring business continuity.
