A Proven Digital Strategist Prior to joining Granules India, Karthick served as CIO at Orient Cement Ltd., a CK Birla Group company, where he led digital, cybersecurity, infrastructure, SAP, and PMO functions. His earlier roles include:
- Head of IT and Digital at Baxter Pharmaceuticals India Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of Baxter Healthcare (Fortune 500)
- Manager – IT Initiatives at Maruti Suzuki India Ltd., where he led strategic and global projects for Suzuki
- Assistant Manager – IT at Vedanta Aluminium Ltd., contributing to diverse IT domains
