Gartner Places ManageEngine in 2016 SIEM Magic Quadrant

ManageEngine enters 2016 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Security Information and Event Management Solutions as the only new entrant

ManageEngine has been positioned by Gartner for its log management and SIEM solution, Log360, in the 2016 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Security Information and Event Management. The company is the only new addition to the Gartner Magic Quadrant for SIEM.

Raj Sabhlok, President, ManageEngine said, “In the past few years, the need to trace breaches and tackle targeted attacks has outgrown the need to meet compliance requirements. We believe this shift in focus is mirrored in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for SIEM. The market’s maturity has led to more stringent entry criteria and forced several vendors out of the quadrant. ManageEngine is the only new addition to the quadrant this year. We feel Gartner’s recognition validates Log360 as a solution that can meet the specific needs of the SIEM market.”

ManageEngine Log360, an integration of EventLog Analyzer and ADAudit Plus, ensures an organization’s network security with its log management, monitoring, analysis, correlation, archiving, alerting and reporting capabilities.

The solution helps leading enterprises and Fortune 500 companies to:

  • Combat internal security threats with its effective user monitoring capability
  • Gain advanced security intelligence and thereby track and thwart evolving attacks
  • Protect their confidential data from security breaches and accidental exposures

ManageEngine Log360 is a one-stop solution that has one of the simplest architectures as well as the capabilities to consolidate security data from sources across the network in a unified dashboard and extract business-critical security information and present it in the form of reports and notifications.
