Freshworks Launches Freshservice Journeys to Simplify Employee Transitions Across Departments

Freshworks has announced the launch of Freshservice Journeys, a new AI-powered capability designed to streamline complex employee transitions across departments like HR, IT, and Facilities. Built into its IT and employee service management platform, Freshservice Journeys empowers organizations to deliver seamless, personalized experiences during onboarding, offboarding, promotions, and relocations.

Freshservice Journeys addresses a common pain point: fragmented workflows and siloed operations that slow down critical employee processes. By enabling no-code automation and cross-functional coordination, the platform helps organizations eliminate delays, reduce errors, and improve accountability.
